Overview of Wholesale Capacity Markets

Due to popular demand, please join us for another Lunch & Learn presentation by Emma Nicholson, Ph.D., a WCEE member and economist at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Office of Energy Policy and Innovation.

Emma will explain what capacity is, the role it plays in reliability, and how capacity markets in FERC-jurisdictional wholesale electricity markets work.

Venue: FERC, 888 First Street, NE, WDC 20426
