The WCEE Membership Engagement Section Invites you for a morning among the lily pads at the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. 

The Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens is part of the National Park System located just off of the Anacostia River in Northeast DC. It has parking and is also easily accessible by bike or walking from the Anacostia River Walk Trail. Join us for a walk through the gardens followed by a picnic in the park. We’ll bring some bagels but feel free to bring anything else you would like as well.

DATE:  Saturday, July 18, 2026

TIME: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

LOCATION:  Kenilworth Park & Aquatic Gardens, 1550 Anacostia Ave NE, Washington, DC 20019 (meet in front of the visitors' center, more information will be emailed the week of the event)

COST:  $0 (Members and Non-Members).  Family and friends are invited to attend as well, please register so that we know who is coming).
