Important information about your registration:

Due to the logistical needs of this event and therefore, our financial obligations, last-minute changes will increase our costs. To help us keep costs down:

*Online registration will close at 12:00 pm/midnight on Monday, March 4th
*All registrations must be done online; we do not take registrations off the phone or at the door.
*WCEE welcomes substitutions if someone cannot attend. However, substitutions or additions to name-tags after 5:00 pm, Friday, March 1st will be hand-written.
*Requests for registration refunds must be submitted before 5:00 pm, Thursday, February 21st but we'd be happy to have you send a colleague in your place! (The Hilton Hotel requires us to confirm and pay for meals on Friday, February 22nd -- that's why we cannot refund monies after 5:00 pm, Thursday, Feb 21st.)
