Out on the Water



Kayak & Brunch


8:30 am, Saturday, September 21, 2019

  


Come join us on the Potomac River for a morning of paddle-boarding or kayaking followed by brunch.
Come meet and eat! And make new friends. 


SCHEDULE:

8:30 am - Meet at the Key Bridge Boathouse, fill out liability waiver forms, rent equipment, etc.

9:00 am - Head out on the water

11:00 am - Turn in our equipment

11:30 am - Brunch at the Berliner (right across the street from the Boathouse)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING/WEAR:

Participants will need to bring closed-toe shoes (preferably water shoes), ID, towel, change of clothes, and some form of payment. Paddle boarders should wear bathing suits since they may fall in the water!

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SIGN:

If you print and fill out the liability waiver form ahead of time, you will be out on the water more quickly. Click here to download form.

WHAT IT WILL COST YOU: 

Prices are different for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding, and are charged by the hour. Unfortunately there’s no “group rate.”

Equipment Cost:
Single kayak: $16/hour
Double kayak: $22/hour
Stand-up paddle-boards: $22/hour


WCEE Cost: 
$0 (WCEE members and non-members)
