Our Mission:

WCEE's mission is to provide nonpartisan, policy neutral forums on energy and environmental issues and to foster the professional development of our members.

We do this by providing educational and networking opportunities in an open, cooperative and supportive environment.

Our Principles of Operation:

We pledge to operate and abide by the following principles:

• WCEE is a forward looking, nonpartisan, policy neutral organization focusing on women, energy, and the environment;

• WCEE is a member-driven organization in which diversity is valued and our members are our key resource;

• WCEE consistently provides quality and creative forums for dialogues on substantive issues, access to substantive information, ideas, decision-makers and leaders, and provides the means by which its members can make full use of WCEE and its resources;

• WCEE's role is to foster the personal and professional growth and leadership abilities of our members; to share passion for our professional interests; and to enhance the ability of our members to manage effectively in a rapidly changing technological environment;

• WCEE offers its activities in an open, cooperative, supportive environment that is empowering and enthusiastic, and promotes the highest levels of personal integrity in our professional conduct;

• WCEE's stature as a widely recognized and respected leader in the fields of energy and the environment is key to achieving these goals.

The Women’s Council on Energy & the Environment (WCEE) is a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions, including membership dues, are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
