As the Regulatory Affairs Manager of the Edison Electric Institute's Energy Delivery Group, Ms. Hatch assists EEI members and others in the industry to develop and promote a strong national energy policy.  Her expertise with transmission, FERC, and ISO/RTO issues make her a primary liaison with FERC, the U.S. Energy Department, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and others throughout the industry.  At the University of Wyoming, Ms. Hatch received her Bachelor's degree in Economics and a dual Master's degree in Economics and Finance.  Prior to joining EEI, Ms. Hatch served as an economist for FERC where she focused on market power, rates, market design, and return-on-equity for the electric, natural gas pipeline and oil pipeline sectors. Ms. Hatch also has experience as a financial and rates consultant for utility sector clients.
